How to Order:

You can either call the Customer Service Team or use the Stationery Request Form and fax your request to the number shown on the form. Further order forms can be obtained as a stationery item or downloaded here.

Service Level Agreement:

Delivery Lead Times
Orders received before 1pm will be despatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the next day.

Receiving your Delivery:

Any discrepancies should be reported within 48hrs for stock related items.

If you have any queries about your delivery, or its contents, contact the Customer Services Team on 0800 781 9768.

Please make sure you have the following before you call:

  • Details of who placed the order and when
  • Agency number
  • Product code
